So, I've been looking at the small amount of information about 7th Dragon 2020, and it looks like we're looking at a Fall 2011 release. Theme song hasn't been announced, just that there is one, and that already makes me curious. Music is being done by Yuuzou Koshiro again, and Rieko Kodama will reprise her role of producer for the sequel of the game that got her back into producing them.

So far, what's been shown are five classes: Samurai, Hacker, Psychic, Destroyer, Trickster. I'm hoping there's a lot of flexibility with these five classes, but considering the previous game (and the game's title), I wouldn't be surprised if two more get added... though we're close to release and official artwork's up on the main page. Skill customization, and how skills interact with each other (including those of other team members), has been at the heart of most of director Kazuya Niinou's games, so I'm sure I won't be disappointed here, though.

Apparently your appearance can be customized as well, and this will affect your in-game model and your character art (presumably). Character design's being done by Shirou Miwa, of supercell fame, though I'm not sure how much customization there will be in this regard - it could be palette swapping, or it could be something more.

They've got an all-star cast of voice actors you can choose from to give life to your original character, too. Dark heroes can go for Hiroshi Kamiya or Minori Chihara. Happier characters could be voiced by Jun Fukuyama or Yui Horie. Or you could go Miyuki Sawashiro and not know what you'll get.

If you haven't figured this out yet, this is an instant buy for me. Preorder bonus is a soundtrack and a 16 page booklet, I might snap those up.
