A meal for Yayoi Takatsuki's birthday
Stir-fried ground pork, with sliced mushrooms... and of course, bean sprouts.
Soy-based sauce and rice vinegar were added during the cooking of the meat, and the mushrooms were added later. After everything was nearing doneness, I dumped in the bean sprouts and added some water to the wok - extracting out the juices in the meat and making a liquidy sauce at the bottom of the plate.
