Support Mighty No. 9!

Okay, normally I don't do things like this, but today I'll make an exception. Why? Because I think it's worth it.

Ever since Keiji Inafune, the creator of Mega Man, left Capcom, Mega Man games have been getting cancelled left and right. I don't think I need to go into what sort of rabid fan rage has been induced because of this but... Mr. Inafune has decided to do something about it.

Okay, he can't make Mega Man, he's not with Capcom anymore. But what he can do is give his fans a game in the same vein of it, and offer it as a spiritual successor of sorts. That's his current project - Mighty No 9.

It's a Kickstarter project, which means that the funding comes from the fans, and the more that's pulled in, the bigger and better the game gets. It's already been funded, and additional funding has seen the game get extra stages, extra gameplay modes, and has even enabled the game to come out not just for PCs, but for the PS3, XBox 360, and Wii U. There's still stretch goals to be had, so funding still matters.

There's six days to go for the Kickstarter. Past that, there'll be Paypal donations. I won't go into a long spiel though, since I gotta let people make their own decisions. Hit up the link if you wanna get in the know or watch the video I linked up top. If it sounds like your cup of tea, feel free to help out.
